This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which CTOx, LLC collects, uses, maintains and discloses information collected from users (each, a “User”) of the https://ctox.com website (“Site”) or through any other means, such as information collected offline. This privacy policy applies to the Site and all products and services offered by CTOx, LLC. We may provide notifications to you through SMS text messaging but we will seek your expressed consent before contacting you via SMS Text Messaging. You may opt-out of receiving text messages by replying “STOP” to any text message received.

In call promotional emails, you will be given the opportunity to opt-out of receiving such messages in the future by clicking on the link displayed in the email that says “unsubscribe.” Please note that we reserve the right to send you Services-related communications (e.g., account verification, payment confirmations, technical, and security notices) for which you may not opt out. 

California Residents
