Our Origin Story
Launched in January 2024, CTOx™ is built on the process-driven frameworks and fundamentals of our sister company CMOx®, which coaches and places Fractional Chief Marketing Officers (CMOx®). CMOx® Founder Casey Stanton met Lior Weinstein when he served as a fractional CMO for Lior’s agency Fortunian. The two developed a fast friendship after discovering their mutual alignment on the value of process-driven systems that enable inevitable growth, and later decided to collaborate to create CTOx to meet the growing needs of modern businesses.
Through CTOx, we teach CTOs and CIOs the principles of building strong, data-driven technology departments along with the sales and marketing strategies fractional CTOs need to build their businesses. It’s a collaboration built on shared values and deep respective track records of getting results.
Our Founder
Lior Weinstein is a serial entrepreneur and strategic catalyst specializing in digital transformation. He helps CEOs of 8- and 9-figure businesses separate signal from noise so they can use technologies like AI to drive new value creation, increase velocity, and leverage untapped opportunities.
Lior is a tactical turnaround specialist with deep practical expertise in leadership, marketing, and software engineering. He rapidly distills complex strategies and accessible opportunities into a practical, actionable, and future-resilient road map. Lior has built and sold multiple technology companies and holds multiple machine learning and AI patents. His life purpose is dissolving people’s barriers to action so they can drive impact and pursue happiness.
